Urban Exchange brings neighbors together to take practical action on the real challenges facing San Francisco.
We create immersive service experiences, lead hands-on projects, and build local partnerships that care for both people and place.
We focus on:

- Supporting families, seniors, and transient youth
- Welcoming the stranger and reducing loneliness

Whether packing hygiene kits, doing laundry, distributing food, cleaning schools, or restoring green spaces, we show up consistently to meet real needs and inspire compassion across our city.
